1. Winter Tryouts
Tryout Dates (U15 - U18)
- U15 - U18 Girls: Thursday, October 27 from 6:00 - 7:00 PM
- U15 - U18 Boys: Thursday, October 28 from 6:00 - 7:00 PM
- U15 - U18 Girls: Friday, October 28 from 6:00 – 7:00 PM
- U15 - U18 Boys: Friday, October 28 from 6:00 – 7:00 PM

Club Tryouts for the U15 - U18 age groups will be held at the Force Indoor Sports:

Winter 2011 Club Tryouts (U9 - U14)
Cleveland United U9-U14 Aged Tryouts for the winter session will be held at the Cleveland United Outdoor Fields Complex in North Ridgeville, Ohio. Tryouts are scheduled during fall training times, so please contact us for more information.

Important Tryout Details
Each Tryout Participant is required to submit a Tryout Form at the time of registration on the first night that the player attends.
There is NO FEE to tryout.
Players must bring their own ball, shin guards, and water.
2. Player Commitments and Registration
All current and returning members must make a written commitment (email) by October 17, 2011 to their team manager in order to hold their spot within the roster.
Failure to make a written commitment (email) by this date will result in the player having to tryout for the club again Oct 27-28. There are NO exceptions to this rule.
Cleveland United Soccer Club reserves the right to fill any open roster spots made available by players that choose not to participate in our winter program. We will not hold spring tryouts, so all roster spots are secured in the winter session.
- Returning Players that played with our club in the Spring must submit the following items:
- OYSAN Player Membership Form
- Medical Release Form
- 2 Wallet Sized Color Photos
- 1 Copy of their Birth Certificate
Items A and B are attached to this email. Please download and submit back into your team manager on the week of the October tryouts.
**Current U9-U14 fall season players do not need to submit any registration at this time.**
3. Coaching Staff
Our coaching staff may be used for all age groups, as we reserve the right to rotate staff coaches for all of our teams during our winter training program to expose our players to a variety of coaching styles:

4. Training Schedules
All club training sessions will begin the week of November 1, 2011 at the Premier Soccer Academies (PSA) in Lorain on Tuesday and Wednesdays and at the Force Indoor Sports in Rocky River on Thursdays.

Players unable to make one of their assigned sessions may be able to attend the session of another team during the week. These requests need to be made directly with the Club Director, Marko Raduka at soccer@clevelandunited.org
We reserve the right to make changes and updates to this training scheduled as we deem necessary.
5. League Game Information
- Each team’s Coach has the ability to decide on the league that they wish to participate in. There are two leagues that are offered for our teams:
- CASA League plays locally at various locations around Northern Ohio
- Offer 11v11 for U15-U18 ages this year
- Offer 2 league sessions on 8 games for U9-U14 ages
- Premier League at Spire Institute in Geneva
- Offer outdoor formatted league play for U9-U18 ages
- Play three “play dates” from November – March
- Get three games on each “play date”, which totals their 9 game season
Team Managers and Coaches will be asking you directly on what you would like to do personally and they will provide more in depth information on each league.
6. Communication Chain
This is a friendly reminder on how our chain of communication will operate at Cleveland United Soccer Club:
- All issues on finances and club policies are to be directed to the Club Director (Marko Raduka) at (440) 503-1718 or soccer@clevelandunited.org
- All issues pertaining to the team and individual players are to be directed to the Head Coach of the team.
- All issues on team information (schedules, emails, conflicts, etc…) are to be directed to the Team Manager of the team.
